Common Questions

Why should I join 12100 ?

Building any organisation, requires a life long learning, with skills and techniques matched with your company's growth stage.  At 12100 we specialise in scaling up from "1 to 100".

Who should join ?

We invite all leaders - founders, family business owners, corporate managers that face a challenge of growing their organisation from "1 to 100".  Typical revenue of a scale-up applicant is between 250,000 USD and 5,000,000 USD, and the number of team members or employees range from 5 to 100.

Confidentiality

Our program is to help you succeed and we will share private and company information for deeper impact.  We will ask everyone for confidentiality of the information shared by members.  Each cohort is created to avoid conflict of interest (for example same industry members will not be part of the same cohort).

What happens after I complete the 12 months Program ?

You will continue to be 12100 Community Member as long as you decide.  You will be invited to Special Member events.  In addition - Leadership Forum, a bimonthly member meeting, will continue after the Program with no time limit.

When sessions take place ?

We schedule 10 full day session for the whole year.  We pick 1 weekday (for example Thursday) and plan each calendar month for the 12 months ahead.  This would be 10 meetings in total for 5 Forums and 5 Workshops, plus a Welcome Session and Closing Session.

Online or Offline ?

Each cohort decides on the logistics during the first welcome meeting.  Our program can be 100% online, however we encourage to have optional offline sessions - to be hosted at member's company premises (to encourage extra experience sharing) or dedicated retreats, if everyone is able to travel.  Travel may increase the program cost to cover moderator travelling budget.

When do I pay ?

You will receive a monthly invoice.  The first invoice is due after your application is confirmed and the cohort group members will be completed.

Are there extra costs?

Forums and Workshops are included in the price.  Mentoring is charged an hourly  fee.  Moderator travel expense and extra curriculum fees may be charged.  Contact us with other questions.
